Dear Carrie,

I haven't received any sort of response so I'm assuming the email I found was an old one, but I'll still hold out hope that eventually one of my messages will get to you. I still remember how we met though the date isn't exactly straight I'm guessing it was 2001 I'll have to do some research to pinpoint the month but Holly and I had gotten an apartment together and decided to rent out the extra room. We put an add on the internet for girl roommates and proceeded to interview them. I think that we actually had the room filled when you answered my add and came to meet us. The other girl ended up leaving and you took her spot. It's been a while so maybe one day you can correct me if I'm wrong. We became inseparable! We would go dancing every weekend and just hang out and have fun. We also went to the singles ward FHE to check out the guys and we usually showed up in our pajamas and slippers! It was a hoot! I also remember how I introduced you to Ryan who you ended up marrying! I'd told Marshall we needed to set up Ryan and you and we finally got Ryan to agree and as I remember it you guys fell head over heels right from the get go! You guys make the cutest couple! Of course as we both know things with Marshall and I never worked and as I remember it you said, "I love Marshall as your friend, but I hate him as your boyfriend." You could see what I couldn't at the time, but I think that I'd hoped the four of us would be friends forever! I don't know what Marshall is up to these days I've seen in maybe 2 or 3 times over the last 10 years. Once I ended up going to a bridal shower at his aunts house for Jared's little brothers now wife. IT was SO funny! They even remembered me and told me that I was WAY better off because he hadn't done much with his life but hang out with swanky girls! There's a phrase of yours I used to always use and for some reason I am now drawing a blank so I guess I'll have to think on that. Well hope to hear from you soon!
